As a yoga professional since 2002, I draw from decades of a personal practice and formal study. Many years as a student and teacher have exposed me to people of all ages with fluctuating abilities and interests. As a yoga teacher, I strive to blend your needs and interests with my expertise.
Dedicated to the study and practice of yoga, I have been an active student for 27 years and an active teacher since 2003 when first certified to teach Traditional Hatha Yoga by Georg Feuerstein*. Currently I am completing an advanced therapeutic yoga certification with Gary Kraftsow through the American Viniyoga Institute.
Weekly classes are held at The Yoga Fitness Center and The Learning Center at Red Willow. Personalized sessions and therapeutic referrals for all practice levels and interests are available at my office. My private practice specializes in the development of a home practice and a trauma sensitive approach to chronic pain, anxiety, and depression.
Over the years I have taught through The Yoga Fitness Center, The University of Montana, The Learning Center at Red Willow, The Women’s Club, The Missoula Art Museum, and Montana’s chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. I am available for workplace workshops and wellness talks.
