Private sessions will allow you an opportunity to experience and explore yoga practices that may minimize and eliminate pain. Classic yoga postures (asanas) are offered to you, as you are today with which you’ll experience balance, strength, and the merging of breath and movement. Breathing, rest, and relaxation are also components of healing through yoga. Tools and practices will be offered and reinforced to support rest and relaxation in your everyday life. With pain-free movement, strength can be gained and maintained, both through your yoga practice and your other favorite activities.
