Tuesday & Thursday, 7-8 a.m.(doors open at 6:45 a.m.)
Easy does it into the day with this active, yet gentle practice to support you and the pursuits of your day. All levels encouraged to attend. Includes instructed led practice and a period for you to build on what we’ve started and turn within.

This class requires an intake to help us both determine if the class is a good fit and for you to learn a few things to help us get started with the group. Some people have chosen to do a series of privates and then join this group or another class at a later date. Click here to register.
